NASA took a picture of our galactic neighbor Andromeda Galaxy. The sharpest and the biggest ever. Here you can find a zoomable crop of the image with the galaxy. The picture has 1.5 billion pixels (69, 536 x 22, 230) and to save it on your hard you need 4,3 GB. You would need more than 600 HD television screens to display the entire image which contains 100 million stars and thousands of star clusters all in a section stretching across over 40 000 light-years.
Considering all these…now let’s think about your problem with your imperfect nail polish and with the fact that your purse doesn’t match your outfit. Are the shards of your tea cup important now? How about the fact that your phone battery went dead?
Do you think you are very important in this world? How important? Do you think you are the center of the Universe? Think again…
